Fitout Foreman on large government refurbishment. Strength with services preferred. Start this month.

Your new company
Our client is a well-known and highly regarded construction company undergoing a large refurbishment project for a federal government department. This company has a strong history of working with private and public sector clients and has a strong presence interstate, as well as locally. Due to their current work package, they require a foreman to join the team.

Your new role
As a foreman, you will be required to:

• Oversee the delivery of work on site;
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors, with a strong focus on services upgrade;
• Communicate with government client where required;
• Ensure all WHS protocols are being adhered to;
• Work night shifts on occasion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Multiple years experience working on fitout/refurbishment projects;
• Experience with government is preferred, but not essential;
• A background and strong knowledge of services subcontractors;
• Ability to work a mix of day and night shifts; and
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
