Contract Administrator- National Commercial Builder- $25M Aged Care Project- Genuine Career Opportunity.
This reputable Tier 2 Commercial builder specialise in a diverse range of Commercial Project’s including Health, Aged Care, Institutional, Education, Commercial and Industrial projects to the value of $50M. They have been demonstrating their incomparable expertise for over 30 years and have developed a strong name for themselves within the Construction industry. Due to recently won projects, a position now exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Melbourne’s inner Eastern suburbs.
Supporting the Project Manager, a key part of this role will be running an efficient procurement process by writing accurate scopes of works and negotiating hard with contractors. You will be responsible for running projects from a commercial perspective through effective subcontractor management, responsible for final accounting and any variations work. In this particular case, you will be responsible for a $25M Aged Care project located in the South Eastern suburbs.
You will have a degree in Construction Management or similar and 5+ years of experience working in a Contract Administrator role on commercial projects circa $20M. You must have experience in a Contract Administrator role within the local Melbourne market.
