Contract Administrator Needed now for $45m Residential Development

Your new company

An established mid-tier two builder require a Contract Administrator to join their site team immediately
Opportunity to join a site team with 7 months left on the contract
Well respected project manager is leading the team who takes pride in nurturing their CA's and their career aspirations

Your new role

As a contract administrator, you will be supporting a project manager in delivering this project over the last stages of the project
Experience using Jobpac is desirable but not essential. The PM is a firm believer that the technology comes secondary to knowhow
You will be responsible for assisting the project manager in all areas of the project which will allow you develop your construction experience across project coordination and planning, value engineering, design management and commercial management.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a similar role as a Contract Administrator
Degree qualified
Career driven and ambitious
