Your new company
My client is a well-established D&C Developer Builder who deliver Commercial, Industrial and Retail projects to $20M in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. They have specialized in the successful delivery of Industrial developments for over 20 years. Due to a current team member taking a short break, a Site Manager position exists for the next 7 weeks.
Your new role
- The Site Management of a $3M Industrial build based in Keysborough
- Conducting toolbox meetings
- Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met on site
- Coordinating trades and working alongside the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Site Manager position with a Melbourne based builder
- Experience on Commercial projects to a minimum value of $2M
- Trade qualifications in building
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and a passion to succeed
Previous exposure to D&C projects preferred but not essential
