This multi award winning builder has seen it’s success due to it’s ability to successfully complete its high-quality projects on time and on budget. With a history over 20 years, they have continued to be one of the leaders in their space, and one who’s employees have seen their careers flourish in this highly competitive market.

They now have an immediate requirement for 2 experienced Site Managers to join their highly experienced project team. You will use your highly polished management skills to ensure your site team is supported and driven to ensure the highest quality of works is completed on your project.

You will be responsible for the entirety of the project from site set up through to handover.

The successful candidate will come from a trade background and have worked as a Site Manager for no less than 4 years. Your previous experience on apartment projects from $5mil will allow you to hit the ground running and ensure only the highest of quality of works.
Duties in this role will include:

• Management and support of trades and subcontractors
• Management of project timeline
• Ensure high quality or works
• Management of OH&S
• Run Toolbox meeting

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Previous experience in the role of Site Manager – Minimum 4 years (ESSENTIAL)
• Proven experience on commercial projects with values $5mil or higher (Apartments preferred)
• Strong work ethic and a true passion for construction
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Be eligible to work in Australia without the need for sponsorship
