Your new company
A State Government Organisation based in Melbourne’s CBD requires a Project Manager to join their team. This organisation provide crucial resources to the public and ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing capital works projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- end to end management and delivery of projects
- liaising with architects to ensure designs adhere to Government standards
- planning scopes of work and managing timelines
- monitoring budgets and ensuring work is completed within the budget
- engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- managing new builds through the construction and handover phase
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience within the building industry in Capital Works as a Project Manager with relevant qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction or a related field preferable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Have a solid understanding of project management processes.
