Currently, we seek an experienced Project Manager to look after 2 projects in the Randwick area initially until March, but highly likely to move into a FT position thereafter
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage complex projects directly, minimising the customers risk and complexity
- Ensure the On-site Project Manager is given simple, timely and accurate information regarding their project(s)
- Manage relationships with suppliers both locally and overseas, including on-site visits; Ensure adequate system design and cost management to enable competitive and accurate costing that is in compliance with all required standards
- Procurement of project specific imported products
- Participate in technical meetings with customers, façade consultants and engineers
- Maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers in China, including regular site visits
- Identify and allocate specification projects to appropriate Commercial & Design stakeholders

The Person:
To be successful in this position you will:
- 3 years + in Project Management type role
- Ideally have some industry experience - roofing, cladding, facade, insulated panels, architectural glazing
- Strong IT skills / working knowledge
- Superior time management, project management and compelling communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines and to resolve project based problems in a timely manner
- Practical knowledge of construction processes.

- Demonstrated capability to build strategic relationships as a trusted business advisor.
