Senior Estimator - Commercial Fit Out
A mid-sized Pascoe Vale based Building & Construction company has an opportunity for an Senior Estimator in the commercial fit out and refurbishment space to join their dynamic team.
Well established in the residential and commercial insurance repairs space, we have a small commercial fit out sector handling projects valued up to $300k.
With a large influx of work after having recently won a contract with the Australian Government for a schools refurbishment project, we are looking for a talented Estimator in the commercial fit out space to join our team.
Other projects will include fitout and refurbishment of hotels, restaurants, and other commercial buildings. As we grow this side of the business we will be focusing on winning larger tenders in the space.
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years Estimating experience within commercial fit out and refurbishment
- Experience winning tenders in the education and hospitality sector highly advantageous
- Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
- Computer competent: MO Suite and estimating software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self motivated/autonomous worker
- Positive attitude
