Your new company
A busy project management team currently working on a major South Australian project has a Document Controller job available in Adelaide CBD.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Leader, your main responsibility will be to maintain efficient control of drawings, specifications, plans, procedures and other revisable documents to ensure that personnel, subcontractors and consultants are in receipt of valid documentation and are able to work effectively with key stakeholders across the project. Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; establishing and implementing an efficient project document control procedure and routine document management task for the site team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the position you will preferably:
- Have experience working as a Document Controller;
- Knowledge of Aconex and Teambinder and;
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
