Operations Manager - Survey Manager - Engineering

Are you working for a large contractor or a large survey firm and feel like you're not being listened to or getting the progression you deserve? Join a small specialist survey firm who are looking for an Operations Manager off the back of several years of organic growth!!

Working closely with the Management team this role will be in charge of delivering Tier 1 Engineering projects across Rail initially - the company has proven delivery across Highways, Rail and Buildings.

To be considered for the role of Operations Manager / Survey Manager

• 10+ years in Surveying, ideally in NSW
• MUST have formal survey quals - minimum diploma
• People skills, this is a client management and a people management role
• Calm head on your shoulders, we dont need someone who lets their ego get in the way of delivering a major project!!
• Someone who values the work they do and see's the bigger picture, great future growth opportunities for this person!!
