Our client is an established land developer, with a proven track record delivering award winning communities throughout Australia.

Due to recent acquisitions, our client is looking for a project manager to work on one of their flagship large scale residential communities in Vic, with another 8-10 years of delivery to achieve.  

You will work with a large team on this existing project, consisting of a Project Director (who manages multiple projects), a Senior Development Manager, dedicated solely to this project, and an ADM who will sit under this newly appointed person.  You will work with in-house sales, marketing, finance and planning teams and will be focused on the delivery of the project.   Relations with council, state government and other authorities will need to be managed with regards planning and design approvals along with the help of the SDM. You will be responsible for engaging and managing external consultants and contractors, ensuring the project is delivered on time and budget.

Our client is looking for someone with property degree, ideally in project management or civil engineering (there is some flexibility), a minimum of five years experience in a project based role with exposure to roads and earthworks projects and subdivision design, contractor management and budget management.  You may be working for a consultancy and be eager to take the next step in your career working for a developer or may perhaps be with a developer now but want to align yourself with progressive company with a solid pipeline of work, on one of the largest projects in Vic with a complex infrastructure to deliver.  For those that want to develop their career within a development group this progressive company with sold work life balance and great training opportunities would be ideal.
