ExtraStaff is a labour hire company and our client a Road Construction Company in Pinkenba Qld is now looking for more crew members. As a crew member you will either be asked to work local around Brisbane on a daily roster or away work out west usually up to a week at a time.
Company overview: Established 30 years ago they now employ over 100 staff, and own a fleet of over 100 machines. They operate out of five locations across Queensland. They are a leading company within the asphalt industry. A good percentage of their workforce is hired through labour hire. It makes good business sense, as the hours do vary depending on the weather.
I'm looking to attract someone who has a roller ticket/competency or experienced plant operator with a minimum of a MR truck license. Someone who is patient, as rosters are done daily, except if you are on the away crew. Someone who understands a job can be cancelled at short notice, due to weather.
Knowledge and needs:
