About the Role

Due to on-going growth of the business and the team, we are seeking a well-presented, self-motivated person for the position of Building Supervisor.  Reporting to the Operations Manager this position is integral in turning vision into reality for our clients through your superior customer service, scheduling and attention to detail skills. This position is the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and is responsible the overall execution and quality finish of the renovation.

Working in a challenging but rewarding environment, supported by a strong administration and management team, your day to day duties include:

• Running job start meetings with the project Designer
• Managing schedules of trades
• Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with clients and Designers as required
• Managing project profitability including negotiating variations

About You

To be considered for the role, ideally you will:

• Have experience in managing bathroom and/or kitchen renovations
• Have great attention to detail
• Customer service orientation
• Be a team player
