An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced subdivision officer from either council or the private sector to work with one of Victoria's most respected surveyors working from Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.
You will be highly enthusiastic and motivated around achieveing timely outcomes for your clients in lodging successful subdivision applications.
Working coheslively with the surveyors your role will include:
- Managing the life cycle of a subdivision project from beginning to end
- Lisaing with a variety of internal and external parties
- Meeting the client's expectations in a timely manner
- Report writing
- Managing relationships with relevant authorities
Utilising your detailed knowledge of the subdivision and planning principles here in Victoria, you will have prior experience in a similar role, completing a variety of residential, industrial and commercial subdivision applications with Council and other authorities.
