Your new organisation
Your new organisation is a leader in the civil construction industry and are currently working on major projects in the Toowoomba region. Your new role
Your new organisation are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and system integration partners to develop project specifications and implement strong and innovative solutions. You will be responsible for preparing relevant project documentation including safe work methods, test plans and the provision of advice in regards to effective delivery of work in your area. You will issue non-compliance reports and consistently deliver engineering and technical activities as required. You will work with site supervisors to manage short term programming and deliver site infrastructure needs.
What you will need to be successful
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated industry experience on major construction projects. You possess relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering and will have a strong commitment to quality assurance and the ability to coordinate and influence team members to the achievement of organizational goals. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors. You will have demonstrated experience with cost control, forecasting and quality control along with a commitment to health and safety.
