REQUIREMENTS:

Capable of measuring and quoting bulk earthworks, civil and commercial works drainage etc.

Capable of negotiating and procuring new contracts

Experience and knowledge of contracts and subcontract

Overseeing project costs and variations together with submission of monthly progress claims

Multi-tasking and capable of pricing and running multiple jobs
