Michael Page Property and Construction are currently recruiting a Project Manager for a commercial and high rise resi builder based on the south side of Brisbane.

Our client is a family owned and run business based on the south side of Brisbane. They have a close knit team and the culture is built on the basis that everyone works for each other and digs in to solve problems together. Whilst not the largest or highest profile company in the market, they believe they make up for this with the team environment they've created.
Description
Responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end responsibility for project delivery including on Design and Construct projects
- Finding innovative construct-ability solutions for complex projects
- Assisting the CA team in identifying cost saving opportunities
- Liaising with all stakeholders and leveraging existing relationships to identify business development opportunities
Profile
Selection criteria will include:
- A demonstrable track record delivering commercial and/or high rise resi projects in the $5-20m range
- High level of computer literacy, ideally using Cheops and/or Jobpac software
- Tertiary education and/or trade background
- Stable career history
