About the client:
Our client is a well recognised, national organisation who is experiencing growth in VIC and there is now an opportunity for a Commercial Surveyor to join their team.
About the position:
You will be responsible for assessment and certification of design documents and building inspections to ensure compliance with building legislations. Delivering a broad range of consultancy services to clients and undertaking building audits for due diligence and safety.
About you:
With strong customer service and networking skills you will have a natural ability to communicate with clients and negotiate and resolve disputes. Sound computer and report writing skills are essential to this role. You are required to be accredited as a Registered Building Surveyor (unlimited) or hold the necessary qualification to achieve this. If you are currently studying an approved course then this may be considered also in a cadet capacity.
