Job opportunity, Licensed Surveyor, Inner Easten suburbs - Melbourne
Your new company
This medium size consultancy based in Melbourne’s inner east is slowly gaining momentum and looking to double in size over the coming years. After few year and with an impressive portfolio based on repeat business, they are now seeking a number of experienced surveyors to join the team.
Your new role
Due to an increase in work load and a recent retirement they currently require several experienced Cadastral Surveyors to be responsible for Title Boundary Re-establishment, feature and Level, Title amendments and subdivision projects. You will be required to carry out all survey work in hand and report directly to company Managing Director. Your day to day responsibilities would include; working closely with the company owner and day to day cadastral surveys.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that the successful candidate has Surveying License in Victoria or equivalent, proven background of having carried out the above work for a Victorian based company and excellent written and verbal communication skills as this is a key requirement of the role including client liaison. Past experience using Leica Total Station and GPS OR alternatively for an office based surveyor the use of AutoCAD would also be highly regarded.
