Working with a select list of clients has been the key to the success and stability of the business. With knowledge to share and expertise in spades you will be supported by a specialised team that specifically manages project procurement, consultant engagement, cost control and reporting, from inception right through to completion.

What is in it for you - 
Get exposure to iconic landmark projects from inception - planning, design and documentation to construction and project completion. Utilising your contract administration skill to support and manage the builder - typically tier one or two. 

The small supportive team will see you get access to all facets of Property Development. You will be able to contribute to large-scale projects that will shape your career in years to come 

What do you need:

• Bachelors degree in Construction or Property 
• 3 - 5 years experience within the commercial construction sector 
• Contract Administration experience within the Melbourne market
• Good understanding of procurement and the design and construct contract
• Resilient with an ambitious attitude to succeed
• An adaptable approach to stakeholders
• Ability to follow instruction with a high attention to detail
