Working with a select list of clients has been the key to the success and stability of the business. With knowledge to share and expertise in spades you will be supported by a specialised team that specifically manages project procurement, consultant engagement, cost control and reporting, from inception right through to completion.

Deliver iconic landmark projects from inception - planning, design and documentation to construction and project completion. Utilising your project management skill to drive the project to the tight times and award consultants and the builder - typically tier one or two. 

The small supportive team will see you receive the resources you need to get your job done. You will be across all facets of Property Development. You will be contributing to large-scale projects that will shape your career in years to come. 

What do you need:

• Bachelors degree in Construction or Property 
• 8 - 10 years experience within the commercial construction sector 
• Project Management experience within the Melbourne market
• Good understanding of procurement and the design and construct contract
• Resilient with an ambitious attitude to succeed
• An adaptable approach to stakeholders
• Ability to keep within key KPI's for large projects in excess of the $150M high rise
