An Electrical Project Manager position is available in Perth on a permanent full time basis.
Your new company
This organisation is a well-established contractor within the commercial electrical contracting industry. Ongoing success and growth has now created a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their Perth based team on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the director you will be responsible for the management of medium to large scale projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Take control of the entire project delivery phase
- Be up to date with relevant OHS standards
- Engage with consultants and coordinate electrical design
- Monitor budgets and financial reporting
- Management of subcontractors
- Monitor handover and liability period
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a very high level of commercial awareness and understand the day to day challenges commonly faced on site. As a project manager with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience you will have previous experience in managing complex electrical projects. You will lead by example and a professional approach will unsure your success.
