Your new company
This fantastic opportunity is with a commercial company that has been in operation for only a few years. This company has a fantastic relationship with a well-known Canberra developer and has now been awarded all future projects exclusively. The first project is about to begin, a large residential project with a mix of townhouses and apartments over a number of years. Further to this, they have a a commercial office building and another residential project in the works.
Your new role
Due to the size of the project and the increase of work, there is a need for a suitably experienced Project Manager to join the team and run the residential project. You will be responsible for:
- The management and delivery of a large residential project;
- Cost tracking, forecasting and daily reporting;
- Scheduling and coordination of trade contractors and suppliers;
- Manage daily project quality systems;
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Strong PM experience on commercial projects;
- Bachelor of Construction Management (or equivalent);
- Excellent communication skills;
- The desire to add value to a growing organisation.
