About The Role & Responsibilities:

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Liaise with builders and sub-contractors responding to all applicable RFI's
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements through your relationship skills
• Assist in management and tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Handle progress claims throughout the project

Your Background: 

•     Ideally have 3 years post grad experience with a commercial builder
•     Ability to communicate effectively
•     Display the right attitude
•     Able to work in a team environment or work autonomously
