Position overview
This is a wide ranging role that will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of energy efficiency projects across NSW and as required, across Australia. You will provide hands-on leadership to the team in all facets of client engagement and delivery of energy efficiency assets, from the initial client engagement, through to the installation and quality assurance process.
As we offer full turnkey energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions, you will work closely with our Project Advisory and Large Programs teams to identify, develop, deliver and maintain appropriate solutions for our clients and provide technical leadership in the fields of Solar, Storage, LED lighting, Power Factor Correction and energy efficiency equipment or software.
Having people leadership experience, you have the opportunity to lead, coach and develop our NSW based Project Development team whilst overseeing the delivery of quality projects and programs in NSW and nationally, as required.

Experience & qualifications
- High level of project delivery experience
- Experience leading a project delivery team
- Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver multiple projects of varying complexity, concurrently across multiple sites
- Experience in the renewable energy sector would be beneficial but isn’t essential
Skills
- Strong desire to drive outstanding process and quality delivery of projects and programs
- You are presentable and have a confidence in communicating and building strong client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and an understanding of project management tools such as MS Project
