The Project
This exciting project will include investigation, design and construction of major urban brownfield and greenfield arterial road upgrades, substantial bridge and underpass structures in a busy live traffic environment, including interface with existing freeways, electrified rail, local roads and connecting projects. The project will significantly improve travel time, road congestion and amenity of surrounding areas.

As the Alliance Manager you will be leading a highly skilled project team in the delivery of this important infrastructure project. Our minimum requirements for these roles are:
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- Proven Track record in delivering major Alliance style contracts >$300M
- Experienced in Infrastructure delivery (roads and bridges)
- High level stakeholder management, analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Ability to set the strategic direction of the project and drive team focus
- High level experience leading large teams on successful infrastructure projects
- Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Absolute commitment to safety with everything you do
