Site Manager - Fit-Out (Civils Package) – Contract and Perm
About the Company
I am representing a developing fit out contractor who have a strong order book on projects deep into 2018 and beyond. The client are growing and work on a variety of interesting commercial and industrial fit out projects.
About the Role
The successful Site Manager will be required to manage all site activities scheduled for a Commercial Distribution Centre refurbishment within the access roads and concrete upgrade as well as other activities fallen within the $2.5m Civils package of this project. The Site Manager will be required to co-ordinate trades and sub-contractors to ensure the program is delivered on time and within budget. The Site Manager will be responsible for all health and safety on site and will work closely with the client to ensure excellent standards of working practice.

Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all labour activity on site
- Liaise between all parties to ensure efficient work between suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ensure excellent working standards are adhered to
- Mange all health and safety
Skills & Experience
- 3 years+ Site Manager experience (fit out preferred)
- Experience in refurbishment projects involving concrete works and roads (not essential, but preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good commercial understanding
