My client is a busy, established home builder company working on projects across residential, commercial and granny flat projects. An amazing opportunity to join a business that is a market leader that employs 22 office staff. A company vehicle is provided for any site visits.

The responsibilities of the Junior Project Manager for this role include:

• Experience in on site construction valuable
• Experienced with projects after construction is complete
• Understands processes and systems
• Hands on Project management for Construction
• Invoice follow up
• Liaise with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, project managers, suppliers and clients to clarify project requirements
• Stakeholder Management

About the Junior Project Manager for this role includes:

• Direct experience in Construction Administration role, Junior PM and onsite experience 
• Have the ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• To have demonstrated experience in managing projects with a high focus on safety
• Good Commercial/ Contract Management experience, with an eye for detail
