A Senior Estimator is sought by an established Mid-Tier Builder in Northern Sydney, to focus on commercial, retail and hospitality fit out, refurb and construction projects between $1- 20 million. 

What's on offer:

• Negotiable salary package between $180,000 - 200,000 (base and super)
• Immediate permanent opportunity 
• Established and reputable Mid-tier Builder with $100 million T/O
• Northern Sydney based
• Long term job stability 
• Reporting to an Estimating Manager
• Builder with 20 years plus trading history, stable background and full order book of works
• Solid client base
• Friendly working environment in comfortable modern offices

The successful Estimator will have:

• Experience with an established building contractor or principal builder in Sydney, with a solid network of sub contractors and market knowledge
• Experience with tenders over $5 million
• Experience with either Cubit or Buildsoft, but Excel essential
• Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Degree required
• Exposure with either lump sum or hard dollar tenders 
• Highly motivated and driven, able to lead tenders
• Solid client facing skills 
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of communication, presentable and able to develop and win business
• Friendly culture with supportive team environment
