ASKIN Performance Panels is the largest manufacturer and Installer of insulated, fire rated architectural facade systems based out of offices through out Australia, operating in commercial, industrial and retail building projects.
An opportunity has arisen to join the ASKIN team at it's Dandenong office in the Project Administrative role in construction.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Have at least 2 years Australian experience as a Contract Administrator within a commercial construction or building related environment.
- Experience in all aspects of Contracts Administration
- Relevant qualification is desirable (e.g. Construction, QS)
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work well independently or in a team.
- Preparation and letting of sub-contractor and suppliers
- Preparation of progress claims and variations
- Have current OH&S & SWMS knowledge and training
- Excellent computer skills (PRONTO & MS Project is an advantage)
- Flexible with strong multi-tasking, influencing and inter-personal skills
- Current motor vehicle driver’s licence
This position plays a critical role supporting the Construction Team and driving commercial value through a pragmatic, compliant and process driven approach.
