ESTIMATOR - RESIDENTIAL HOME BUILDER

We have been engaged to source a suitably qualified Residential Estimator for a leading WA Homebuilder. With directional designs at the cutting edge of the market this player has grown steadily in the market.  With a warm, friendly and collaborative culture this role is one not to be missed. 

If you are a single storey Estimator and want to develop into a more luxury market and have exposure to double storey homes, apartments and developments then this could be a great opportunity for you.  If you are experienced across Apartments and double storey custom homes you will have an opportunity to play a lead role within the business.  We are looking for highly driven, accurate and passionate Estimators. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce estimations of single and double storey builds, unit developments and apartments 
• Ensure projects are all correctly costed within the set turn around times
• Being accountable for the take of quantities, arranging quotations and negotiating with suppliers and trades
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and your team.

To be considered for this opportunity the candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Must have a minimum 5 years' experience in an Estimating role within the Residential construction market with strong longevity in previous roles 
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills 
• Formal qualification: Building and Construction diploma OR a Construction Management and Economics degree
