Our client is a local builder and a leading provider of services to the construction and building industries in Newcastle. Due to their growth and market demand, they are looking to appoint an experienced leading hand to join their expanding team. 

This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to develop a career on some high end residential projects. You will also receive the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects with support from an experienced team. 

Criteria:
• Several years as a leading hand with custom or high end residential builder
• Must be hands on and have an eye for detail/quality work
• Ability to work well with multiple sub contractors across the site 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
Long term relationship wanted with this hire due to a big work load and forecast of projects!
