Boral is a leading full service supplier of asphalt and technical materials for the surfacing and maintenance of road networks. The division has plants throughout Australia and is a leading supplier to road building and critical public and private construction projects. 

The role:  

  • Ensure all contractual, quality/testing requirements are adhered to and customer expectations are managed effectively
  • Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance documentation
  • Ensure identified risks and non-conformances are evaluated and determine their impact to the business
  • Monitor and review effectiveness of controls in place to eliminate and reduce identified risks
  • Adherence to Boral’s Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Commitment to Safety

 What are we looking for? 

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent (preferred)
  • Testing / Quality Assurance skills
  • Technical / laboratory background
  • Experience writing technical reports and working with accredited quality systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Construction or road surfacing industry experience will be highly regarded
