ABOUT THE COMPANY:

My Client is an award-winning construction group focused on the delivery of architecturally unique, highly specified residences, apartments and commercial structures. Their experience is in the construction of bespoke and complex renovations, additions and new builds. 

They specialise in applying a high level of detail through all phases of the project, streamlining structures, and delivering cost efficiencies, without compromising aesthetic intent.

They are passionate about delivering quality outcomes – an exceptional finish and positive client/consultant experience – all within critical time and cost parameters.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE:

• The characteristics of a dynamic individual;
• Min 3 years in a contracts administration role delivering projects between $5 - $40M;
• Highly organised and able to multi task and manage several competing priorities
• A sound understanding of Design and Construction principals
• Qualifications in Building and Construction
• Degree qualified in Construction Management (or similar) will be highly regarded.
• The ability to own and drive a project to achieve the best outcomes based on design, construction programme and cost.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Natural leader
• Commercial procurement process experience
• Proven planning skills and strong industry knowledge
• Excellent references and loyalty to current / previous employers
• Experience using Jobpac would be an advantage but is not essential
