Contract Administrator
Western Sydney
Salary $80,000 - $120,000
The Company

My client has been in operation for the last 10 years. During this time, they have grown to a $45M business. My client operates across the commercial and residential sector delivering projects up to $20M. 70% of the company turnover is newbuild projects the remainder is made up of Fit out and Refurbishment projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will be someone that has experience working as a CA within Retail, Industrial or Commercial projects ideally from a tier 1 or tier 2 background. You will work closely with the project manager on challenging projects. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with clients and reporting progress.
  • Supervising contracted staff
  • Meeting subcontractors and getting involved in tendering works
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings, safety documents and cost reporting
  • Work with flexibility within the group/business should the need arise

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will be someone that has had experience as a CA on projects up to $20M. Most importantly someone who is passionate about what they do and is willing to learn and be mentored in their role. My client believes that through the correct teaching and mentoring they can get the best out of their staff to achieve results.
