Experienced Client Liasion & Contracts Administrator that is responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes, both internal and external run smoothly.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• First point of contact throughout the entire build process
• Thorough understanding of residential contracts, variations and permits
• Passion for client liaison and customer service
• Manage preconstruction process to meet workflow tragets
• Prepare and issue final claims and practical completion information
• Documentation and contract processing 
• Have a 'can do' attitude and be a team player
• Skilled in time management and prioritisation 

The successful candidate must have:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience with residential volume homes in Queensland
• Intermediate Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude 
• Motivated self-starter with a good work ethic
• Can work in an autonomous role
• Team Focus and Initiative
• Attention to Detail
• Professional phone manner
