We are working with a developer builder involved with a 1000 unit development which will be constructed over a 10 year period.
 
There are a number of roles including a Site Manager, Senior Contract Administrator and Mid Level Contract Administrator. Great chance to join this business in a period of growth.

The Role:
 
• liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors) and the public
• supervising contracted staff
• meeting subcontractors
• making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• maintaining quality control procedures
• motivating the workforce
• problem solving
• using specialist construction management computer applications
  

The Person:
    
• Trade Qualified Background 
• Ability to read plans, work to programme and drive the project
• Longevity of employment with a tier 1 or 2 builder
• Proven track record in delivering projects of in the residential sector
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team 
• Strong communication both written and verbal
• Excellent OH&S record
