About the company:
Our client, a fast-growing high end residential construction company, is looking for a young, dynamic and enthusiastic Estimator-Residential to start with them on their prestigious luxury projects in the Eastern suburbs.
They have grown organically and got exciting projects in the pipeline.
About the role:
Due to an internal promotion an opportunity has become available for an estimator with high end residential experience.
Reporting to the Project Manager and Senior Estimator you will be:
- Preparing tenders.
- Measure and price builder's quantities
- Prepares construction budget by studying residential plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs
- Manage tender documentation
- Source Supplier quotes and prices
- Undertake value engineering exercises
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an estimator on a luxury residential project
- Relevant tafe or university qualification
- Experience with Buildsoft Cubit
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and a desire to progress with your career
