The role:
We are seeking a building professional to:
- Attend sites across Greater Sydney including Wollongong and the Blue Mountains
- Carry out professional building insurance assessments and provide report, scope and estimate
- Manage multiple go-ahead jobs ranging in size and complexity
- Schedule and manage trades
- Complete all WHS required – including risk assessments and SWMS
- Attend emergency make safe jobs and be a part of the AIB on-call roster
- Use and maintain AIB's workflow system
Candidate requirements:
- Five years' building experience
- Relevant licenses and tertiary education - Cert IV Building & Construction / carpentry Licence
- Extensive knowledge of WHS and the BCA
- Ability to access and provide roofing reports preferred
- Customer focused and professional attitude
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Current driver's license
