An opportunity has come up to join the team at Nilsen (NSW) Pty Ltd for suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Project Manager based out of our Rydalmere office. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of allocated projects. This involves leading and resourcing the team, effective communications of project milestones and risk mitigation, effective utilisation of resources and process improvement. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are on track and meeting agreed timelines and financial targets.
Experience & Expectations:
Extensive experience in medium to large scale electrical & communications projects in commercial, data centre & infrastructure based project management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Electrical Trade qualification.
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate others.
- Proven proactive management style with the capacity to improve business processes.
- Ability to prioritise and make independent decisions.
- Well-developed analytical, financial management and problem solving skills.
- Well-developed collaborative working style.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, consultation, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
- Well-developed computer skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and with a well-developed understanding of safety KPI’s.
