Operations Manager - Survey Manager - Building Construction

Are you working for a Survey firm that under price jobs and over work their staff? Are you working for a Survey firm that only takes on contract and doesn't give you the security of a permanent deal?

We're looking for a Senior Surveyor or Survey Manager who is looking for the next step to transition in to Ops Management, resourcing for jobs, team planning, pricing jobs and doing calculations. Are you ready for that next step off the tools?

Working closely with the Management team this role will be in charge of Survey teams delivering a number of Tier 1 Building Projects such as High Rise and Major Developments!

Working for a firm that kept their staff in the downturn and have a solid reputation in the market because of it, if you want to be treated better this is the firm for you!!

To be considered for the role of Operations Manager / Survey Manager

• 10+ years in Surveying, ideally in NSW
• MUST have formal survey quals - minimum diploma
• People skills, this is a role managing Surveyors so being part of the team is a must
• Experience pricing jobs, doing office calculations and resource planning is a must.
• Someone who values the work they do and see's the bigger picture, great future growth opportunities for this person!!
