Highly regarded National Developer Builder, Morris Property Group, requires Contract Administrator/Cost Planner with the capability to work Residential & Commercial projects ranging from $20M to $80M in QLD.
Morris Property Group is about to commence another multi-unit hi-rise residential development on the Gold Coast QLD and is looking for a Contract Administrator to assist with cost plans and early tenders.
Reporting directly to the Construction Director/Project Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- Establishing Cost Plans
- Preparation of early trade packages and scope of works
- Tender analysis and contract letting
- Contract and cash flow management
- Administration of progress claims, variations and payments
- Monthly Cost Reports
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 3 years minimum experience as a Contract Administrator in Australia
- Sound commercial background and good level of experience working with contractors;
- Experience on medium to larger projects ($10m + projects)
- Residential building experience is preferable
- Excellent communication and computer skills
