About the Role: The Company is seeking an experienced Estimator who has ideally worked on both new build and refurbishment projects with an Commercial Company of at least $3million. Within this role you will be providing a quality estimating service, preparing tenders and supporting the company on the successful completion of their projects while helping the direction of the division.
     
Duties:

• Provide quality estimating service
• Tender and bid management
• Quantify project components
• Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaise with consultants and internal teams 

Skills and Experience:  

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications 
• Local Experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• An adaptive nature
• Developed computer skills
