Estimator | Architectural Homes | $60K - $100K + super

Join a leading Architectural Home Builders with over 15 years of experience in the Sydney market. Working on projects between $1M - $8M

The role:

Full cycle estimating position - sales & production
BOQ's within timelines
Take offs, quantities, production orders, supplier & contractor agreements
Liaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and site supervisors

The requirements:

Estimating experience working on custom homes
Be familiar with estimating software
An understanding of purchasing and pricing for residential projects
Working knowledge of applicable building codes
English language literacy and fluency
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
