Contract Administrator

• Central Coast based
• Tier 1 Contractor
• Permanent Position

THE COMPANY

Our client is a Tier 1 Contractor. They construct a wide range of large civil infrastructure projects and they currently have a position available for a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator with a strong claims background. This is a permanent position to be based on the NSW Central Coast.

THE POSITION

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Claims management
• Management of Internal & External Stakeholders
• Managing disruptions, delays and extensions of time
• Contract risk management
• Maintaining a high awareness of new construction methods
• Developing and maintaining strong relationship with subcontractors and suppliers
• Any other related CA responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major project for a top tier contractor. This will suit a self-motivated Contract Administrator who can demonstrate their initiative, work independently and achieve only the best results! Experience
 
To be considered for these positions, you will possess:

• A degree in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong knowledge of claims management
• Civil construction industry experience
• Understanding Australian standards and contract law
• Great client liaising skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills
• The capability to work well within a team environment
