D&B are working alongside a leading NSW Residential Builder who are looking to recruit a Supervisor to cover NW Sydney.
Ideally the successful applicant will come from a project home background and be a carpenter by trade. You will be looking after around 15-18 homes at anyone time.
Duties of the Building Supervisor will include
- Ensuring projects are completed to contract guideline
- Monitoring, scheduling and tracking project progress
- Planning or work activities and quality checks
- Organizing trades and materials to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure safety policy and procedures on site
- Attend and report in monthly construction meetings
To be considered for this role you ideally will meet the criteria below
- Experience with a project home builder
- Builders or Supervisors License
- Trade background
- Framework or on site software
- Excellent safety knowledge and awareness
There is a very generous 6 figure base salary on offer for this role plus a monthly bonus scheme, car, super, phone and laptop.
