Contracts Administrator –New Build – Contract – 6-8 Weeks (Temp to perm)
About the Company
I’m representing an established Tier 2 contractor with experience in the Australian market across fit out and/ new build projects. They work across a variety of interesting and complex projects across Australia. Due to increase in work load they are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Contract Administrator to join their team to help close off and handover a residential project.
About the Role
The successful Contract Administrator will be required to work closely with the Senior Contracts Administrator to ensure successful delivery mainly in invoicing and progress claims. The CA will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills and will be required to be proactive in their work

Responsibilities
- Subcontractor management
- Invoicing, Commercial admin, Progress Claims
- Obtain certificates required for handover
- Commercial reporting and reviewing
- Reporting to the Senior Management
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years Contract Administrator experience in Sydney
- Fit Out or New Build experience accepted
- Presentable and client facing skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
