We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Supervisor to join our Adelaide team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised and pro-active leader to perform the following role responsibilities.

  • Ensuring that all EH&S Policies and Procedures are adhered to and all direct reports receive regular training as directed.
  • To ensure all customer maintenance is completed as per their requirements.
  • The successful implementation of Otis Maintenance procedures as per company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that relevant reporting and administrative duties are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures and to the required standard of performance.
  • Identify training opportunities with the service team to maintain their current sill level and upskill where appropriate.
  • Maintain efficient organisation of field labour to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Effectively forecast and manage cost of material.
  • Communicate and resolve equipment breakdowns and issues to improve customer satisfaction.

 

The desired qualifications / experience for the position are:

  • Elevator industry experience would be highly regarded.
  • Must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident or have a valid working visa.
  • Current Drivers Licence is essential.
