We have been in operation for over 15 years, providing high quality residential project management, architectural design, tender management and interior design services to clients. This family run business operate from modern offices in Five Dock and have been nominated for multiple awards for their work. The management team are young & passionate about providing quality advice to home builders.
  
    
About the Role: 
  
We are seeking a construction professional with extensive BCA knowledge and experience in the construction of high end architecturally designed homes and renovations. Your role will see you meeting with clients, putting together a detailed scope of works, writing tenders, releasing projects to tender and putting together the building contracts.
  
This unique role will have a sales element, and requires a construction professional who is able to give the client a sense of confidence in their abilities. You will work on residential projects valued from $300k - $3 million.
  
You will be treated like an adult with the flexibility to manage your own work and clients – you may choose to do a 12 hour day on Wednesday and have Thursday off, or you may like to stick with traditional hours – it’s up to you.

  
Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or trade background
• 4+ years experience in the construction of single dwellings and renovations
• High level understanding of BCA and contracts
• Excellent client relationship building skills and impeccable personal presentation
