Temporary Site Manager Job based north of the CBD up until Christmas - Aged Care fitout, end of july start.

Your new company
My client is a specialist commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor who now require the services of an experienced Site Manager to oversee an Aged Care project based North of the CBD for an approximate 5 month duration.

Your new role
As Site Manager you will:

• Continuously monitor progress from start to successful completion
• Be able to forward plan and foresee potential risks in the program
• Closely monitor the sub-contract trades and ensure all OH&S procedures are adhered to
• Ensure the highest level of communication is maintained throughout

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to have:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction or Trades background
• Experience in fast paced fitout projects will be highly regarded
• Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Site Management or Management position
• Exposure to projects up to $1 million
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong in client facing situations
